Basic Operation Method of Smola 600G Coffee Roaster
Manual Mode
1. Power on the roaster, long-press the "HEAT" knob and the screen light on，
"-M-" means manual mode，
00:00 is time display，
The time starts automatically after power on，
When Tap "MOTOR" knob, the time will be reset to ZERO and starts timing.

2. Rotate the "HEATING" knob to set a proper heat gear (level),
Rotate the "MOTOR" knob to set a proper drum speed,
Preheat the drum to a proper temperature (e.g. 180C) ,
Charge the green beans,
Tap the "MOTOR" knob the time reset to ZERO and starts timing.
Rotate the "MOTOR" knob to set a proper drum speed,

Rotate the "HEATING" knob to set 'drum speed' value,
Tap "HEATING" knob and jump into 'rotary time setting',
After set the rotary time, and rotate the "MOTOR" knob, "A-1" change to "A-2"on the top-right screen, (same method to "A3", "A4" ... etc)

Tap "HEATING" knob to check and jump into the next 'time setting',
Rotate the "HEATING" knob to set the time,
Tap "HEATING" knob to check and jump into the next 'drum speed setting',

Tap "HEATING" knob and jump into 'rotary time setting',
After set the rotary time, and rotate the "MOTOR" knob, "A-1" change to "A-2"on the top-right screen, (same method to "A3", "A4" ... etc)
3. After setting all phases, tap the"MOTOR" knob and jump into this screen (see above picture),
Rotate the "MOTOR" knob to select the desired item, the flashing character means the corresponding item you selected,
Tap "MOTOR" knob to check.

4. After you select the start setting,
the program starts auto-running,
"HEAT" display on the screen means heating gear,
"MOT" display is drum speed rotate gear,
110C is real-time temperature display,
"-A1-" is the first of the stages (phases) you set, "12:00" means the total time and will start the countdown automatically.
you can manual rotate "HEAT" and "MOTOR" to tune the heating gear and drum speed accordingly in the A1-A9 stages,
When each stage end, it will autorun into next stage (the preset parameters), you can modify and fine tune the parameters as you wish.
