One button auto-charge & auto-discharge from our roasting App, make roasting more simple and easy, and save labour, it can automatically control charge and discharge.
Pour Green Bean into Hopper
Pour green coffee beans into the roaster funnel, you can manual charging or control charging from roasting App, it will release green coffee.

Click "B-In" On Roasting App
Click "B-In" button from Windows / Android Roasting App to charge coffee beans into rotary drum.

Green Bean Charging Automatically
After operator's charging action, the funnel lever will move up immediately, the funnel door is open, the green coffee bean is dropping into drum automatically.

Green Coffee Bean Finish Charging
After amount of time, coffee beans are loaded into drum, the funnel lever will move down to its original position automatically, green bean charging finished.

When Roasting End Before Discharging
After 6-15 minutes, the coffee has reached the roaster's desired degree of roast, now it's time to discharge.

Click "B-Out" On Roasting App
Click "B-Out" button from Windows / Android Roasting App to discharge the roasted beans from drum, and the cooling agitator and cooling fan is On.

Roasted Bean Auto-discharging
After operator's discharging action, the lever handle in frontplate will move up immediately, the drum door is open, the roasted coffee bean is unloading into cooling bin automatically.

Roasted Bean Finish Discharging
After amount of time, coffee beans are all unloaded into cooling tray, the discharge lever handle will move down to its original position automatically, the drum door is close, roasted bean discharging finished.
